Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage the designer's daily calendar
Prepare daily briefs and follow-ups to keep the designer informed and aligned.
Handle last-minute adjustments or cancellations with professionalism and
discretion.
2. Client Relations & Business Growth
Serve as the key point of contact for clients, stylists, and collaborators.
Maintain relationships with high-value clients, wedding planners, and luxury
partners.
Pitch couture offerings, trunk shows, and bespoke experiences to potential
clients.
Track leads, client satisfaction, and conversion metrics.
3. Brand Representation & Networking
Represent the designer at previews, meetings, or industry events when
required.
Work with PR, stylists, and media partners on celebrity placements and brand
visibility.
Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities aligned with the brand's
positioning.
Build and nurture networks within fashion, wedding, and luxury circles.
4. Operational & Strategic Support
Support planning for collection launches, fashion weeks, and curated events.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, PR) to ensure timelines
and deliverables are met.
Maintain trackers for orders, payments, and business reports.
Assist in negotiations, pricing reviews, and partner discussions as needed.
5. Communication & Confidentiality
Act as the bridge between the designer and key stakeholders.
Manage correspondence, ensuring all communication reflects brand tone and
professionalism.
Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Desired Skills & Attributes
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a luxury, couture, or lifestyle brand
environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Business-oriented with a keen understanding of the couture client base.
Confident, polished, and comfortable in high-profile settings.
