Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Prospecting & lead research:
1. Identify and research MNCs, large corporates, HR leaders, admin heads, and
CSR teams relevant for partnerships.
2. Find and verify email IDs, LinkedIn profiles, contact numbers, and key
decision-maker details.
3. Generate and maintain a high-quality corporate leads list for partnership
outreach.

b. LinkedIn research & outreach support:
1. Search for relevant HR, Admin, CSR, CHRO, and Leadership profiles on
LinkedIn.
2. Compile and organise LinkedIn profile links for the internal BD team.
3. Support in preparing outreach messages, basic follow-ups, and initial
communication drafts (no direct pitching required).

C. Data management:
1. Maintain all research data neatly in CRM tools.
2. Clean, update, and categorize lead data for easy use by senior BD
managers.
3. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and complete documentation of all reach-outs
and responses.

D. Market intelligence:
1. Track industry trends, corporate wellness initiatives, and employee
healthcare patterns.
2. Share insights that can help Docville improve its corporate offerings &
tie-up strategies.

E. Support to BD & founding team:
1. Assist in creating decks, reports, and weekly progress summaries.
2. Coordinate internally with operations and marketing when required.
