Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Conducting calling campaigns with warm leads (parents and students) to
introduce Gradeperfect's programs.
2. Qualifying and engaging potential clients, identifying their goals, needs,
and aspirations.
3. Executing digital outreach through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to build
and maintain lead pipelines.
4. Researching and building databases through Google Maps, community forums,
and online platforms (data scraping).
5. Scheduling demos or counselling sessions for the senior sales team and
ensuring follow-ups are completed on time.
6. Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM and tracking lead conversion
metrics.
7. Sharing feedback with marketing and product teams to refine lead quality
and improve conversion efficiency.
