Business Development (Sales) - Internship
ROOM MITRA
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and research hotel leads on LinkedIn and other platforms
2. Send personalized connection requests and intro messages using predefined
templates
3. Maintain and update the lead tracking sheet daily (status, last contacted
date, notes)
4. Follow a structured follow-up sequence to nurture leads until a demo is
booked
5. Share demo booking links with interested prospects and confirm meeting
details
6. Document all prospect responses, referrals, and objections clearly in the
CRM sheet
7. Assist in preparing outreach videos, case studies, or snippets to share
with leads
8. Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified prospects
9. Monitor LinkedIn inbox for replies and respond promptly with the correct
templates
10. Participate in daily check-ins to report outreach numbers and progress
11. Support additional sales and marketing tasks such as research, data
entry, and content preparation
