We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic 'Business Development
Executive.' The candidate will be responsible for building strong connections
with professors and colleges, generating quality leads of students interested
in studying in Germany, and supporting the overall student recruitment
process.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Coordinate and build relationships with college professors and
institutions through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
2. Identify and generate potential student leads interested in pursuing
education in Germany.
3. Conduct presentations, seminars, or informational sessions in colleges to
promote YesGermany services.
4. Maintain regular follow-ups with professors and college representatives
for student referrals.
5. Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure lead
conversion.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
7. Maintain records of outreach activities, leads, and feedback from college
interactions.
8. Represent YesGermany at education fairs, workshops, and other academic
events, if required.
