Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development
strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
2. Drive sales of software, solutions, products, and ITeS services to new and
existing leads
3. Demonstrate the ability to understand and sell different business models
such as BoT, GCC, T&M and other hybrid and global system models
4. Exposure in SaaS software sales and knowledge across tech verticals like
networking, storage, cloud, GenAI, development, EngOps, and IoT
5. Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies while expanding business
relationships and the customer base
6. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure
seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
7. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and other
key metrics to senior management
8. Exhibit strong business acumen with the ability to foresee market trends
and innovate strategies for improvement
9. Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients,
highlighting our services and how they can benefit their business
10. Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery
environment
11. Strong vision with an ability to innovate and demonstrate to execute the
vision
12. Be a dynamic team player and exhibit a great appetite for learning
13. Must be passionate and self-motivated to work in a startup environment
14. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines with
minimal supervision
15. Ability to manage existing and new sales pipelines while strategically
building and maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term business opportunities
16. Ability to articulate the value proposition of a Center of Excellence in
tech partnerships
17. Knowledge in proposal development and creating presentations for business
opportunities
