Business Development Sales Executive (Real Estate Digital Marketing)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and approach potential clients including real estate builders,
developers, and brokers.
Generate qualified leads through calls, LinkedIn, email outreach, and
networking in real estate communities.
Research upcoming projects, builders, and market trends to create a strong
potential client list.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and follow up regularly for
conversion.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Present digital marketing services (lead generation, branding, social media
marketing, performance marketing, etc.) to real estate clients effectively.
Understand client pain points (low leads, poor conversions, limited
visibility) and propose tailored marketing strategies.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers to ensure repeat business
and referrals.
Schedule and conduct meetings (online/offline) to convert prospects into
clients.
3. Sales Strategy & Conversion
Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for client onboarding and
revenue.
Work closely with the marketing & operations team to ensure the proposed
digital marketing plan aligns with client goals.
Negotiate pricing, finalize proposals, and close deals with professionalism.
Prepare business presentations and sales decks customized for each prospect.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, property
launches, and local market developments.
Track competitor marketing activities and suggest innovative approaches to
stand out.
Share regular performance reports and client feedback with the management team
for process improvement.
5. Coordination & Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the digital marketing, design, and campaign teams to ensure
smooth project onboarding.
Ensure proper client handover post-sales with detailed briefs to the execution
team.
Participate in internal strategy discussions to improve sales performance and
client satisfaction.
6. Target Achievement & Business Growth
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Contribute to expanding the agency's client base and presence in new regions.
Represent the company at real estate expos, networking events, and online
webinars to generate visibility and leads.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of real estate marketing and buyer psychology.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in selling digital marketing or advertising solutions.
Result-oriented mindset with a consultative approach to sales.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
