Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outbound Calling: Contacting potential leads generated through digital
campaigns and marketing platforms.
2. Lead Qualification: Understanding customer requirements, budget, and
preferences to assess seriousness and match them with relevant property
options.
3. Pitching Properties: Sharing project details confidently and clearly
highlighting USPs, pricing, location benefits, and developer credentials.
4. Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinating and booking property site visits for
interested clients with our sales team.
5. CRM Updates: Maintaining accurate lead status, follow-up records, and
feedback using the CRM system.
6. Follow-ups: Regularly following up with warm leads to move them further
down the sales funnel.
7. Coordination: Liaising with sales representatives to ensure a smooth
handover of qualified leads and timely follow-ups.
