Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to existing Dyulabs customers via phone calls or WhatsApp and
get customer feedback in a pre-designed questionnaire based on each
conversation.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all responses collected.
3. Share key observations or feedback patterns with the Dyulabs team.
4. Assist in improving the quality of responses and customer understanding
reports.
