Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and source commercial properties suitable for F&B concepts (QSR,
cloud kitchens, delivery kitchens, specialty cafes)
2. Scout properties across Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi NCR, and other
target markets using online platforms (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com,
PropTiger) and direct broker networks
3. Build and maintain a database of available commercial spaces with location
coordinates, property details, and broker contacts
4. Conduct on-ground reconnaissance to assess neighborhood dynamics, foot
traffic, competition, and accessibility
5. Organize and manage property documentation (lease terms, NOCs, municipal
approvals, architectural plans)
6. Support lease negotiation processes by compiling comparative market
analysis and precedent terms
