Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
1. Call customers who have abandoned their carts on the Flashify website to
understand their reasons for not completing the purchase
2. Clearly explain Flashify's open-box product concept, quality checks,
warranty, and return policies to customers
3. Identify and document key customer pain points such as pricing concerns,
trust issues, delivery timelines, product condition doubts, or payment-related
issues
Collect structured feedback from calls and maintain accurate records in shared
sheets/CRM
4. Share daily insights and recurring objections with the founding/marketing
team
Suggest improvements in product listings, pricing, offers, or communication
based on customer feedback
5. Follow up with interested customers to help them complete their purchase
when appropriate
6. Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-first approach during all
conversations
