Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to support our B2B
division. The role will involve assisting the team with lead generation,
marketing strategy execution, and improving existing operational processes.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to B2B sales workflows, marketing
operations, and strategic initiatives within a corporate environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Lead generation:
1. Identify and qualify potential business leads through digital platforms,
databases, and market research.
2. Maintain and update lead tracking sheets and CRM entries.
3. Support outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
B. Process improvement:
1. Study current B2B workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
2. Assist in documenting SOPs and creating dashboards or trackers.
3. Provide suggestions and support in pilot execution for improving sales
efficiency.
C. Marketing support:
1. Assist in developing and coordinating B2B marketing initiatives (email
campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, brochures, collateral).
2. Support campaign execution and performance tracking.
3. Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping.
