Business Development (Sales) - Internship

You need someone who can hunt, pitch, convert, and deliver. No excuses, no
hand-holding. The role is straightforward: bring projects consistently from
any and every possible source.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Project Hunting
1. Identify and extract potential clients from LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr,
Naukri, Indeed, AngelList, Apollo, cold email databases, WhatsApp groups,
Discord communities, and Facebook groups.
2. Generate daily leads using scraping tools, outreach tools, job boards, and
networking.
3. Maintain consistent prospecting across multiple platforms to build a
strong pipeline.

B. Outreach and Conversion
1. Contact prospects through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, messages,
proposal submissions, and follow-ups.
2. Create customised pitches tailored to each lead's requirements.
3. Convert qualified leads into revenue-generating clients.

C. Sales Pipeline Ownership
1. Maintain a structured pipeline covering leads, conversations,
negotiations, and deals.
2. Track all communications and follow-ups in an organised manner.
3. Ensure no drop-offs by monitoring lead status and next steps.

D. Client Handling
1. Understand client requirements accurately and clearly.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to confirm project feasibility and
timelines.
3. Manage negotiation, closing, onboarding, and smooth handover.

E. Market Research
1. Track industry trends, pricing patterns, and new opportunities.
2. Identify high-demand niches and profitable project categories.
3. Analyse competitor offerings and platform changes.

F. Reporting
1. Prepare daily reports on lead generation and outreach activity.
2. Provide weekly conversion reports with detailed numbers.
3. Share insights to improve strategy, quality, and results.
