Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Inbound Support
Engage with inbound leads from the website, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and route qualified leads to the senior sales
team.
2. Outbound Research & Outreach
Identify potential leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, and similar tools.
Send introductory messages and assist in setting up discovery calls or demos.
3. Market Research
Research industries and companies where AI chatbots and automation can create
impact (e.g., logistics, BFSI, healthcare, retail).
Track competitor offerings and identify emerging trends.
4. CRM Management
Maintain accurate lead records.
Track pipeline status and follow up on open conversations.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts.
Participate in discussions on go-to-market strategy and new client
acquisition.
