Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We are excited to announce an internship opportunity for SaaS Sales at our
company. This role is open to college students as well as working
professionals who are looking to gain experience and earn on a commission
basis.

Role Highlights:

1. Services to Sell: Mobile App Development, Website Development, AI
Automations, and other tech solutions.
2. Leads Provided: You will receive leads from us - your responsibility will
be to call and convert them.
3. Support: Calling tools and basic training will be provided.
4. Stipend: A fixed base stipend of 5,000 - 7,000 for the right candidates,
along with performance-based commission.
5. Growth Opportunity: High performers will be considered for full-time
roles.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
2. Explain company services (Mobile App Development, Website Development, AI
Automations, and other tech solutions) to potential clients.
3. Build rapport with prospects and handle basic objections, set up meetings
for requirement discussions, and follow up for closure.
4. Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM or provided
tools.
5. Follow up with interested leads to close deals.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and improve conversion
strategies.
7. Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets.
8. Continuously learn about new services and offerings to pitch effectively.
