Business Development (Sales) - Internship

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the entire sales cycle - from
the first conversation to closing the deal. The role involves working with
both new and pre-qualified leads, understanding their needs, presenting
relevant service offerings, and ensuring a smooth handover to the solutions
and delivery teams.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Handling incoming leads (new and pre-qualified) and converting them into
successful closures.
2. Engaging with HNI clients exploring company setup, tax, and compliance
services in Dubai.
3. Understanding client requirements and recommending the right service
packages.
4. Collaborating with the solutions team, marketing operations, and
leadership on proposals and conversions.
5. Maintaining accurate pipeline information in Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
6. Consistently meeting monthly revenue and closure targets.
7. Building professional relationships across the UK, India, and Germany
markets.
8. Staying familiar with UAE business setup processes to guide clients
effectively.
