Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone.
2. Assist customers with order-related inquiries, returns, and refunds.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints professionally and
efficiently.
4. Maintain customer records and document interactions using our system.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and marketing) to
address customer concerns.
6. Provide product recommendations and guide customers in their purchasing
journey.
7. Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the service
experience.
8. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction.
9. Order shipping in shiprocket, manage returns.
10. Speaking with vendors daily basis and preparing orders reports.
