Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients.
2. Support in organizing and attending site visits with prospective buyers.
3. Maintain and update client databases and lead sheets.
4. Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and messages.
5. Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and property listings.
6. Conduct market research on real estate trends and competitor activities.
7. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities.
