Business Development (Sales) - Internship
LanceTech Solutions Private Limited
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Intern to
support our growth efforts and gain hands-on experience in the staffing
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email,
calls, etc.)
Reach out to potential clients to introduce our staffing services
Schedule meetings and follow-ups with decision-makers
Assist in developing proposals and client pitches.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Master degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
3-12 months of experience in sales/business development role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of sales or staffing is a plus
Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Workspace
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
