Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Key responsibilities:
1. Outbound cold outreach: Make a high volume of outbound sales outreach to
prospective clients
2. Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and
services to effectively communicate their value to prospects
3. Consultative selling: Engage in consultative selling, listening to
clients' needs, and providing solutions
4. Coordinate with the sales, marketing & product team to understand the
business and coordinate the sales funnel.
5. Sales closures: Successfully close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and
quarterly sales targets
6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with
clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
7. CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales
activities in the CRM system
8. Feedback and reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales
and management teams
9. Compliance: Adhere to all company sales policies, rules, and regulations
10. Lead generation: Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales
pipeline
