Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to
understand their travel needs.
2. Suggest the right holiday packages and customized itineraries that match
client expectations.
3. Build trust with clients by highlighting unique selling points, offers,
and experiences.
4. Convert leads into confirmed sales by persuasive communication and strong
follow-ups.
5. Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and sales performance in CRM.
6. Upsell and cross-sell additional services (activities, upgrades,
insurance, transfers, etc.).
7. Deliver exceptional customer experience to encourage repeat business and
referrals.
8. Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure seamless travel
arrangements.
9. Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
