Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Intern to support our
customer relationship management initiatives. The role involves assisting in
managing customer databases, improving engagement, supporting sales/marketing
campaigns, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and update the Customer database with accurate customer
information.
2. Track customer interactions, queries, and feedback in the system.
3. Prepare daily/weekly reports on client relationship activities, leads, and
customer engagement.
4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support) to
improve customer experience.
6. Provide administrative support for Client relationship projects and
documentation.
