Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Client Outreach & Engagement: Connect with potential clients through
calls, messages, and emails to understand their career goals and introduce
them to our career coaching programs.
2. Session Enrollment Support: Explain the benefits of career coaching,
address queries confidently, and guide interested professionals to book their
first coaching session.
3. Lead Management: Maintain and update client databases, track
conversations, and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
4. Collaboration with the Coach: Work closely with the founder and certified
career coach to understand service offerings, target audience, and key
communication strategies.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Share daily or weekly progress reports
on outreach efforts, enrollments, and client feedback to improve engagement
effectiveness.
