Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate and qualify marketing leads (MQLs) through real estate listing
platforms, social media, and other marketing channels.
2. Design and develop marketing assets, including brochures, posters,
Instagram posts, and promotional videos to support branding and sales
initiatives.
3. Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and
other platforms to drive traffic and improve brand visibility.
4. Assist in updating, restructuring, and improving the company website to
make it more informative and user-friendly.
5. Coordinate and build relationships with brokers and real estate agents to
generate relevant and high-quality leads.
6. Conduct customer experience studies and share insights through various
platforms to build brand trust and credibility.
7. Use the WhatsApp Business platform to send bulk marketing messages and
engage with prospective clients.
8. Maintain consistent follow-ups across the sales funnel to improve lead-to-
client conversion rates.
9. Support content creation efforts, including blog writing and SEO-optimized
content, to enhance engagement and nurture leads.
10. Assist in HR operations such as intern recruitment, coordination, and
onboarding activities.
