Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We are looking for a motivated 'Inside Sales Specialist' to join our sales
team and help connect with potential clients seeking effective HRMS solutions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
to introduce our HRMS software solutions.
2. Qualifying inbound leads and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
3. Understanding basic HR and payroll challenges faced by businesses and
explaining how our software can address them.
4. Assisting in scheduling product demos with senior sales team members.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the
CRM system.
6. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to follow up on campaigns and
events.
7. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
8. Continuously learning about our product features, market trends, and
competitors.
