Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Job Description :
We are looking for motivated interns to support sourcing and acquisition
efforts for our loan products, primarily Home Loans, Loan Against Property,
Personal Loans and other types of MSME / Business Loans. The role involves
working closely with channel partners, driving customer acquisition, and
ensuring a smooth experience throughout the process.
This internship requires ownership, proactiveness, and a strong customer-
centric approach. You should be comfortable executing initiatives on the
ground, solving problems, and contributing to business growth.

Key Purpose : To meet sales and acquisition targets through effective
pitching, onboarding of relevant partners/customers, and maintaining high
service standards.

Responsibilities :

1. This is a field-based role with the following key responsibilities:
2. Identify and onboard channel partners such as builders, dealers, brokers,
   CA firms, financial consultants, corporates, and trade associations for loan
   sourcing.
3. Manage partner relationships to achieve business and revenue objectives.
4. Execute on-ground marketing activities and campaigns for customer
   acquisition.
5. Conduct open-market sourcing by engaging with commercial and industrial
   clusters.
