Business Development (Sales) - Internship

A. Lead Generation & Outreach
1. Research and identify potential colleges, universities, and corporate
organizations for collaboration.
2. Connect with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) of colleges and HR
managers of companies.
3. Reach out to students and working professionals interested in online
training programs and mini projects.
4. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective leads using CRM tools or Excel
tracking sheets.

B. Communication & Client Engagement
1. Initiate and manage phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
communications with potential clients.
2. Present company training offerings clearly and confidently to institutions
and professionals.
3. Send proposals, brochures, and training catalogues to interested colleges
and organizations.
4. Schedule and coordinate virtual or physical meetings with prospective
clients and the management team.

C. Sales Coordination & Follow-ups
1. Assist in proposal drafting, quotation sharing, and follow-ups to close
deals.
2. Maintain detailed records of conversations, responses, and deal progress.
3. Support in negotiation and onboarding processes for finalized leads.

D. Event & Workshop Promotion
1. Promote college workshops, corporate training sessions, and mini project
programs.
2. Support the marketing team in campaign outreach, social media sharing, and
event awareness drives.

E. Reporting & Daily Updates
1. Submit daily activity reports summarizing calls made, leads generated, and
meetings scheduled.
2. Share weekly progress reports with performance metrics and conversion
ratios.
