Business Development Manager - Internship

We're a growing startup on a mission to scale fast and we're looking for a
hungry, ambitious Sales Executive who loves the chase and knows how to close.
This isn't a "sit back and wait" kind of role. You'll be out there hunting new
clients, pitching with energy, and making sure every client you bring in has a
seamless onboarding experience. If you're driven by results, love building
relationships, and can thrive in a high-speed, startup environment, this role
is for you.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through market
research, networking, and outreach. - Client Acquisition: Pitch products/services, conduct sales presentations,
and close deals. - Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring
smooth setup and alignment with company processes. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client
relationships. - Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales
target - Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer
needs to refine sales strategies. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure
client satisfaction.
