Business Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support professionals in enhancing their job search approach by improving
personal branding strategies, such as optimizing LinkedIn profiles and
aligning career goals with current hiring trends.
2. Conduct detailed research on evolving job market patterns, industry
shifts, and employer recruitment behaviors to inform internal strategies and
client advisory.
3. Monitor and analyze job application metrics, track client journey
progress, and generate insights to boost placement and conversion rates.
4. Assist in improving internal operations by identifying inefficiencies,
recommending workflow enhancements, and supporting implementation of process
improvements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and implement
innovative operational solutions aimed at elevating the overall client and
stakeholder experience.
