Business Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working with their manager or a sales associate to complete assigned
tasks.
2. Updating sales records and documents accurately.
3. Observing how to close deals in the sales process.
4. Communicating with relationship managers and customers at the manager's
request.
5. Gathering and collating property details.
6. Assessing whether sales targets are met.
7. Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and
exhibitions to observe and learn.
8. Assist in developing and maintaining business partnerships with property
management companies.
9. Observing and carrying out sales processes.
Identifying potential weaknesses and offering suggestions for improvement.
10. Assisting managers with negotiations.
11. Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff
and other stakeholders.
12. Maintain a CRM system for company records and direct marketing.
