Business Development - Internship
STEM-Xpert, Techgenius Innovations Pvt Ltd
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls, both hot and cold, to potential leads, clearly
articulating the company's value proposition, and aiming to convert calls into
sales or qualified leads.
2. Managing professional client relationships by actively listening,
addressing inquiries or objections, and maintaining consistent follow-up to
nurture prospects and schedule meetings or demos.
3. Conducting systematic follow-ups with potential clients, coordinating
meeting schedules, confirming appointments, and ensuring a seamless handoff to
senior sales team members.
4. Updating and maintaining accurate records of all calls, client
interactions, and lead status in the CRM, using insights to report on progress
and improve outreach strategies.
