Business Development Intern – HR & CXO Outreach - Internship

The intern will be responsible for reaching out to HR managers, founders,
CEOs, and CXOs from various companies to generate new clients for our staffing
services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting email outreach, cold calling, and WhatsApp communication with
HR and CXO-level contacts
2. Pitching our recruitment services and explaining our value proposition
3. Scheduling introductory calls/meetings between potential clients and the
founders
4. Maintaining a daily outreach tracker (emails sent, calls made, leads
generated)
5. Following up with prospects professionally
6. Supporting basic business development and lead generation tasks
7. Researching potential client companies and decision-makers
8. Assisting in creating outreach messages, scripts, and follow-up templates
using ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude etc.
