Business Analyst - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Market & user research:
1. Research livestock markets and pricing trends.
2. Study competitor applications and user behaviour.
3. Assist in developing user personas and customer journey mappings.

B. Product Analysis:
1. Support product requirement gathering and feature refinement.
2. Document workflows, use cases, and feature specifications.
3. Participate in product testing and sprint planning.

C. Data analysis & reporting:
1. Analyze application usage and transaction data.
2. Prepare dashboards and performance reports.
3. Identify opportunities for product and process improvement.

D. Operations & process support:
1. Assist in onboarding livestock sellers and buyers.
2. Map processes such as listing, verification, transport, and payments.
3. Collaborate with field teams to understand ground-level challenges.

E. Communication & coordination:
1. Coordinate with design, tech, and business teams for requirement clarity.
2. Prepare documentation
3. Support in creating pitch decks and marketing materials.
