Brand Marketing And Outreach - Internship

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our sales and branding
operations in the real estate sector, as well as a D2C brand. The role is
fast-paced, sales-driven, and offers performance-based incentives above a
fixed stipend.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with potential buyers through calls & WhatsApp
2. Designing creatives and short-form content for digital channels
3. Maintaining lead records and reporting daily progress
4. Handling Amazon and website operations occasionally.

Key requirements:

1. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
2. Ability to design creatives using Canva (posts, banners, reels concepts)
3. Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in calling and pitching
4. Organized and able to manage leads efficiently
5. Interest in real estate marketing is a plus
6. Ability to use ChatGPT effectively
