Bioinformatics - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Analyze biological datasets (e.g., genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic data)

Use bioinformatics tools and software (e.g., BLAST, FASTQC, Bioconductor)

Perform sequence alignment, gene expression analysis, and variant calling

Write and modify scripts using Python, R, or Perl for data cleaning and
analysis

Automate repetitive tasks and pipeline processes

Develop small tools or modules for internal use
