are looking for **driven, people-oriented Management Trainees** who want

hands-on exposure to business development and the creator economy.

Role Overview

As a **Management Trainee Business Development (Creator Acquisition)** , you

will work closely with our growth and partnerships teams to identify, onboard,

and support creators on the Cosmofeed platform. This is a high-ownership,

execution-heavy role designed to groom you into a full-time Business

Development Associate.

What Youll Be Doing

Creator Identification & Outreach

* Research and identify potential creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, DMs, and handle inbound demo requests

Creator Onboarding & Enablement

* Onboard creators onto the Cosmofeed platform

* Help creators understand product features, tools, and best practices

* Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience

Relationship Management

* Build strong working relationships with creators

* Understand creator needs, goals, and challenges

* Act as a point of contact for basic queries and coordination

Tracking & Reporting

* Maintain onboarding trackers and follow-up logs

* Track engagement, activation, and early performance metrics

* Share insights and feedback with internal teams

Cross-functional Collaboration

* Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve creator acquisition and retention strategies

Who Should Apply

* Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (01 year experience)

* Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

* Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and stakeholder conversations

* Interested in startups, sales, partnerships, or creator economy

* Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
