Video Editor - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Short-Form & social video editing:

1\. Edit high-impact Reels, Shorts, and ads focused on attention, retention,

and conversion.

2\. Create variations of edits to test hooks, pacing, and formats for better

performance.

3\. Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining brand

consistency.

B. Performance creative support:

1\. Work closely with the marketing team to edit videos for paid ads and

organic growth.

2\. Understand performance metrics like watch time, retention, and CTR to

refine edits.

3\. Iterate quickly based on feedback, insights, and campaign goals.

C. Brand & product storytelling:

1\. Edit videos that showcase product features, use-cases, transformations,

and lifestyle narratives.

2\. Maintain a premium, clean, and on-brand visual language across all videos.

D. Content & trend research:

1\. Track editing styles, transitions, music trends, and viral formats.

2\. Study competitors and creators to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the

table.

E. AI-assisted editing & experimentation:

Explore AI tools for faster editing, subtitles, enhancement, and creative

experimentation.

Continuously improve workflows using automation and emerging technologies.
