This internship is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in
sales, lead generation, and outreach, not just theory. Intern will work
closely with structured systems to help identify potential businesses, start
conversations, and book qualified appointments. The role involves a mix of
research, outreach, and communication, and interns may be assigned
responsibilities based on their strengths and performance over time.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Researching and identifying high-quality prospects across platforms such
as Instagram, Google, websites, and LinkedIn.
2\. Finding, verifying, and organizing contact details (email, phone, social
profiles) in a CRM or spreadsheet.
3\. Reaching out to selected prospects through calls, emails, or DMs to
initiate conversations.
4\. Understanding the target audience, their challenges, and how outreach can
be personalized effectively.
5\. Booking qualified appointments and maintaining proper records of daily
activity.
6\. Reviewing feedback regularly and improving research or outreach quality
over time.
