Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Sourcing candidates by making optimum use of available resources
2\. Screening the resumes of candidates
3\. Shortlisting & lining up the candidates
4\. Working on regular followups
5\. Working on documentation and other hiring-related coordination
6\. Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting
recruiters, using job sites
7\. Working on initial screening of candidates through the interview,
analyzing responses, and verifying references
