Customer Care Executive - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Customer Support
1\. Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, email, Instagram DMs, and
chatbot.
2\. Provide solutions related to order status, size issues, returns,
exchanges, and cancellations.
3\. Maintain a professional, polite, and friendly communication style.
B. Order & Return Assistance:
1\. Update customers on their order status (Packed, Shipped, Delivered, RTO).
2\. Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and follow up with logistics teams.
3\. Coordinate with the warehouse to resolve missing product or delay issues.
C. Complaint Resolution:
1\. Identify and resolve customer complaints quickly.
2\. Escalate issues to management or operations if needed.
3\. Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
D. Data & Reporting:
1\. Update CRM/ERP with customer interactions.
2\. Prepare daily reports of queries handled, issues resolved, and pending
cases.
3\. Track repetitive issues and suggest improvements.
