Backend Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Writing server-side web application logic
2. Developing back-end portals with an optimized database
3. Troubleshooting application and code issues
4. Updating and altering application features to enhance performance
5. Developing web services, REST API, and JSON
6. Connecting the application with the other (often third-party) web services
7. Writing clean, reusable code with a strong emphasis on stability,
security, and performance
