Back Office Operations - Internship
TRENDYZPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented backend operations
specialist to manage our daily fintech portal operations. You will be the
backbone of our service delivery, ensuring our agents and retailers have the
funds they need and the support required to serve their customers effectively.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Wallet management: Monitor and process 'Load Wallet' requests from agents.
Verify bank transfers, UTR numbers, and credit the portal balance accurately.
2. Request processing: Accept and manage daily service requests (DMT, AEPS,
bill payments) within the admin panel to ensure zero downtime.
3. Client coordination: Act as the main point of contact for our merchants
via WhatsApp and Phone. Provide real-time updates on transaction statuses.
4. Issue resolution: Troubleshooting transaction failures or pending status
issues by coordinating between the client and our backend systems.
5. Reporting: Maintain simple daily records of fund movements and successful
transaction volumes.
