Travel Consultant - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Support trip planning by researching destinations, bookings, and preparing

itineraries

2\. Respond to client inquiries, understand travel needs, and provide customer

support

3\. Book flights, hotels, and activities and manage end-to-end sales support

4\. Handle client complaints, follow up on feedback, and provide post-sale

assistance

5\. Generate leads and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings

6\. Research destinations, travel trends, offers, and regulations

7\. Create detailed and customised travel itineraries

8\. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers

9\. Update and manage client data using CRM tools

10\. Maintain records and assist with travel documentation, including visas

11\. Support marketing campaigns and assist in sales and performance reporting

12\. Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing and strategy

13\. Resolve travel-related issues and provide real-time support during trips

14\. Assist in post-trip evaluations to improve customer satisfaction
