BA-QA Internship - Internship

Workfall is a Premium Talent Tech Platform, and we're looking for energetic
and self-motivated interns to join our growing Business Analysis and QA teams.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience,
focusing on business analysis with added exposure to quality assurance, making
a significant impact on our products and processes.

Eligibility: Open to candidates with a passion for learning about business
analysis, quality assurance, and project development methodologies.

Work Location: Bangalore

Duration: 2 Months(Unpaid)

Outcome: At the end of the two-month internship, there will be a review.
Based on your performance and final evaluations, you may have the opportunity
to join us as a full-time employee.

Learning Opportunities:

• Gain insights into core business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Learn to gather, analyze, and document business requirements; manage backlogs, and prioritize project tasks.
• Develop skills in creating user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to produce strategic insights.
• Assist in preparing project reports, client presentations, and project documentation.
• Gain foundational knowledge in QA processes, including writing and executing test cases and documenting bugs.
• Learn about AI tools, chatbots, and industry-standard project development methodologies.
• Gain experience with data analysis and visualization tools for stakeholder insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Assist in creating and managing user stories, process flows, and other functional documentation.
• Develop wireframes and visual documentation to clarify requirements and enhance communication with stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for product and process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and demos, showcasing project insights and progress.
• Support the QA team by designing and executing basic test cases and documenting bugs for resolution.
• Contribute to both quality improvement and business analysis processes, adding value to project development and client communications.

What interns need to be:

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability.
• Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and wireframing.
• Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, and data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of QA tools and methodologies; experience with version control (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• Exposure to project development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Java, JavaScript) is beneficial.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear demos and insights to clients and stakeholders.
