Role Overview:

1\. Support and grow the BotsGoneWild newsletter and service business

2\. Focus on newsletter operations, lead management, and tool-based operations

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Manage newsletter operations including subscriber lists, email scheduling,

and basic automations

2\. Maintain and organize databases inside tools like ConvertKit and

GoHighLevel

3\. Manage and qualify leads, update CRM records, and ensure proper follow-ups

4\. Set up, monitor, and optimize email sequences and workflows

5\. Handle day-to-day operations and process management

6\. Assist with tool setup, integrations, and workflow improvements

7\. Use AI and no-code tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve

efficiency

8\. Support basic research and operational troubleshooting
