Finance - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1\. Assist in preparing fundraising decks, pitch materials, and financial

models.

2\. Help identify potential investors (angels, VCs, institutional investors)

suitable for the startup's stage and sector.

3\. Draft and send outreach emails and follow-ups to investors.

4\. Assist in business valuation assignments under various methodologies: DCF,

comparable companies, comparable transactions and asset-based valuation.

5\. Support preparation of financial models and projections.

6\. Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and ratios.

7\. Assist in preparation of valuation reports and working papers.

8\. Collect, verify, and organize client financial data.

9\. Conduct industry and company research.

10\. Support valuation assignments for: fundraising, M&A/share transfers,

regulatory purposes (IBBI/FEMA/Companies Act).

11\. Coordinate with seniors for data clarifications and updates.
