Meta Ads - Internship

Fission Infotech is a fast-growing B2B technology solutions provider

specializing in software development, digital transformation, and performance-

driven marketing initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and certified

'Meta Ads Intern' to support our paid acquisition efforts and contribute to

high-impact lead generation campaigns.

The 'Meta Ads Intern' will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and

optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The

ideal candidate should have completed relevant Meta Ads certifications,

demonstrate strong analytical skills, and possess a keen interest in

performance marketing.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assist in creating, launching, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for B2B

lead generation.

2\. Work with the marketing team to develop targeted audience segments, ad

creatives, and campaign strategies.

3\. Monitor daily campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and

conversions.

4\. Support A/B testing efforts for ad creatives, placements, and audience

sets.

5\. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with Meta Ads best practices

and industry trends.

6\. Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

7\. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the sales team to ensure

alignment on objectives.

8\. Maintain proper documentation of campaign activities and ad account

structures.
