Operations & Campaign Assistant - Internship

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and curious about how real B2B outreach

systems are run? Join us as an Operations & Campaign Assistant Intern.

You'll work directly with the founder on live cold email campaigns used by

real clients. This is not a large team or corporate setup. It will be you and

the founder working closely, daily. You'll get hands-on exposure to how

campaigns are actually executed, monitored, and improved. We'll provide tools,

SOPs, and guidance. What matters most is curiosity, ownership, and attention

to detail.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in managing email communications and keeping campaigns organized

(Tools and SOP's will be provided)

2\. Use Google Sheets to track campaign data, replies, and performance.

3\. Monitor inboxes and flag issues or anomalies early

4\. Help coordinate and execute email campaigns end-to-end.

5\. Ensure all materials and content are error-free and meet quality

standards.

6\. Work directly with the founder to troubleshoot issues and improve

workflows.

7\. Contribute creative ideas and strategies to improve overall operations and

campaign effectiveness.
