working closely with SMEs, mid-sized corporates, startups, banks, NBFCs, and

alternative capital providers.

We help businesses structure and access non-dilutive capital across working

capital, supply chain finance, structured debt, and growth funding solutions.

As we scale our outreach and engagement efforts, we are looking to strengthen

our CRM-led sales and relationship management system.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance CRM & Sales Outreach Expert who can help us

structure our existing customer data, set up an efficient CRM system, and

support execution of well-planned sales and email outreach campaigns.

This role requires a hands-on professional who understands both CRM systems

and sales processes, and can convert data into a practical, usable sales

engine.

This is a freelance, assignment-based engagement, with potential for long-term

collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1 CRM Setup & Data Structuring

Review and organize existing customer and lead data maintained in Excel and

Google Sheets

Design CRM data fields, tagging, segmentation, and ownership logic

Import data into the CRM with accuracy and consistency

Define lead and customer lifecycle stages (Lead Contacted Qualified Converted

Closed)

2 CRM Tool Configuration & Automation

Recommend and implement a suitable CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / Freshsales /

Pipedrive or similar)

Configure:

Sales pipelines

Follow-up reminders

Email templates

Task automation

Basic dashboards and reports

Ensure the CRM is simple, practical, and adoption-friendly for the internal

team

3 Sales & Email Outreach Campaigns

Design structured outreach campaigns for:

New leads

Existing customers

Re-engagement campaigns

Set up email sequences and outreach cadence

Support WhatsApp / LinkedIn outreach strategy if required

Track and optimize campaign performance (responses, conversions, follow-ups)

4 Process Documentation & Team Enablement

Create a simple CRM usage SOP

Train internal team members on:

Updating CRM records

Managing follow-ups

Tracking communication

Ensure smooth handover and continuity

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM tools

Strong experience in CRM setup, customization, and data migration

Experience running sales or email outreach campaigns

Understanding of B2B sales workflows

Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in fintech, BFSI, or B2B services

Exposure to working with startups or growth-stage companies

Knowledge of email deliverability and campaign best practices

Experience integrating CRM with Google Workspace
