Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1\. Assist with recruitment processes including sourcing candidates,
conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2\. Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing materials,
scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
3\. Handle employee relations issues by providing guidance and support to
employees and escalating issues as needed.
4\. Assist with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and
confidentiality of information.
5\. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives such as training programs,
performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
6\. Demonstrate effective communication skills in both written and verbal
formats while interacting with employees and external stakeholders.
